Synagogue Challah Cover Northwood & Pinner Synagogue, Middlesex, UK A member of the synagogue commissioned a large challah cover in honor of his son becoming a bar mitzvah.  Below is the magnificent Aron Ha Kodesh (Holy Ark.)  The Tree of Life was digitized from photographs.     Here is the completed cover which measures 24" x 36."  The tree and wording were stitched in gold thread and there is a 2" border of gold dupioni silk.  The client decided to have the words "Eitz Chayim" arched over the tree.  In the lower corner is the inscription in honor of his son (name removed.)
