The kippot shown below are examples of the "double twist" weave.  Adding a fine strand of silver or gold or another color (red, black, purple, navy, magenta, pink, amber, burgundy, olive, seafoam, brown and teal) results in 24 more possibilities!  The silver with gold makes 25!

There is a $30 additional charge for two strand kippot as more material is used and the weaving is quite labor intensive -- but well worth the price!
